职业素质与自主经营。
经济水平、学龄人口是影响中职教育规模的重要因素,利用多元回归模型,定量研究经济水平、学龄人口与中职教育规模的量化关系,科学预测重庆中职教育未来发展规模。在重庆中职教育规模趋于稳定、质量成为关键的形势下,应及时实施“适度规模化战略” ,正确处理规模扩张与内涵发展的矛盾,将重心转移到科学规划、合理布局、调整结构、提高质量的内涵发展道路上来,以促进重庆中职教育的城乡统筹发展。
