风电、光伏等新型发电设备并入传统大电网后，使互联电力系统日益复杂，给电力系统建模和运行控制带来了新挑战。基于此问题，本文提出基于模糊自适应控制的互联电力系统输出跟踪与干扰抗御算法。首先利用模糊控制理论对系统进行建模，然后利用非线性输出调节思想解决带有扰动的跟踪问题。但模糊逼近不可避免的存在逼近误差，为减小逼近误差与外部扰动对于控制系统的影响，利用Backstepping法设计自适应输出调节控制器。...
