比切特Bechet（1897---1959）美国黑人爵士乐萨克斯演奏家。生于1897年5月14日，卒于1959年5月14日。6岁自学单簧管，后受教于巴魁特（G.Bacauet）、纳尔逊（L.Nelson）、蒂奥（L.Tio）等人。12岁起即与许多新奥尔良爵士乐小组一起演出。其中包括B.约翰森，C.威廉姆斯及K.奥里沃等人的小组。
吉费里GiuffreJimmy（1921--）美国爵士乐单簧及萨克斯演奏家、作曲家。生于1921年3月26日，1942年毕业于北得萨克斯州立师范学院，随即开始职业演奏生涯，先后参加过许多乐队，1956年组成自己的三重奏组，在“自由爵士乐”运动崛起时占有突出地位。他的演奏音色悦耳，表情丰富，他的作品纯朴、精细，是50、60年代之交爵士乐先峰脊人物之一。
