台湾中央研究院中文词知识库小组是中央研究院信息所、语言所于民国七十五年成立一个跨所合作的中文计算语言研究小组共同合作建构中文自然语言处理的资源与研究环境，为国内外中文自然语言处理及其相关研究提供基本的研究数据与知识架构。代表性研究成果包括中文词知识库、语料库及中文处理技术等。
澳洲辞书学会成立于1990年，与欧洲辞书学会联盟。旨在发展澳洲地区所有语言的词典编撰工作。学会包括以下方面的工作：各种类型的词典（关于书上和网上一种语言、双语、多语的普通语言和专家），词典编撰理论，词典编撰历史，词典的实际应用，术语学，文集词库学，计算机词典编撰和自然语言处理词典以及词典学。
亚洲辞书协会于1997年成立，是一个以词汇研究、字典编撰为主要研究目标的地区性国际化组织，其专业化研究水平较高。参加该组织的会员多为语言研究所人员、语言学者以及从事词汇学研究的高等院校教师，以及一小批对人类语言文字发展感兴趣的艺术工作者。
