人工老化方法获得的不同生活力大豆种子为材料,采用3次多项式回归方法拟合其在20 ℃时无光照条件下的萌发进程,并对萌发进程曲线进行求导,从而建立了实时萌发速率曲线.对不同生活力大豆种子所拟合的2种曲线所包含的萌发起点、转折点、萌发速率顶点和对称轴等参数进行了分析,并与传统生活力评价进行比较,采用多项式回归方法评价种子生活力所含有用信息多,对评价种子生活力的下降更加灵敏和精确.
