Environmental Science & Technology（EST）是生态环境领域的权威杂志，是目前中南林业科技大学首次在EST上发表的第一篇第一单位，第一作者，第一通讯的论文，实现了学校在此领域的突破。EST为国际环境领域知名学术期刊，是自然指数 (Nature Index)收录期刊，也是中科院分区大类一区TOP期刊，影响因子为11.75。
