M*(k)-index构造算法的改进

一些基于图结构的索引技术通过缩小查询范围提高对XML数据的查询速度,但存在分隔不相关节点的问题。该文改进M*(k)-index的构造算法,用单一的M**(k)-index结构取代原算法的序列结构,以避免存储序列成员中的节点与边及序列成员之间的链接,提高其存储性能和查询效率。实验结果表明,改进后的结构具有良好性能。
FM-index分块并行算法及其实现

在查询海量数据时,有压缩和索引两种方法来提高速度,。该文结合这两种方法提出了压缩查询的方法。FM-index是一种自索引的全文查询算法,。这种算法存在内存占用过大的问题,并且对于复杂的查询效率也不理想,。该文于是提出了分块FM-index算法,,并在分块的基础上采用MPI对该分块算法进行了并行化,。成功地解决了内存占用过多的问题,并达到了较好的并行效率。
针对指纹图像具有局部平行性和渐变性以及邻域的脊线方向相关性高的特点,提出了一种基于加权平均梯度的指纹方向场算法。改进了传统的Poincare Index指纹奇异点检测算法。实验证明,在采用加权平均梯度算法获取的方向场上利用改进的Poincare Index算法可实现对低质量指纹图像的奇异点的准确提取。
