实现电子文件的全程控制，是电子文件管理的基本原则。本文以大亚湾核电站为例，详细地从电子文件的规范化管理、电子文件的前端控制策略、文档管理流程重组、电子文件利用与保存的控制要点等几方面对电子文件全程控制的方法进行了总结与分析，提出了目前电子文件全程控制中存在问题的应对策略和解决措施。
