以拖拉机、联合收获机等典型农业机械载荷谱数据库建设工作为背景，基于B/S与C/S混合模式，利用.NET技术体系设计与实现载荷谱数据库信息管理系统。针对实际情况和工程应用的具体需求制定了系统的总体方案，设计了系统的结构模型，最后完成系统具体模块的开发调试。系统可实现载荷谱数据现代化管理、增加信息沟通渠道、提高结构疲劳寿命研究工作的效率。

将加权模糊聚类算法应用于管理区划分，权值的确定分别采用主成分分析法和变异系数法。在吉林省榆树市精细农业试验田获取土壤氮、磷、钾数据，应用本文提出的加权模糊聚类算法进行管理区划分,确定了试验区的管理分区数目,并与传统的模糊聚类方法进行了比较。结果表明，基于加权模糊聚类的管理分区更合理、更符合实际情况，该方法可用于指导精准施肥。

基于移动终端、嵌入式GIS和无线通讯等技术，设计了面向田间交互管理的农业移动管理系统技术框架，研究了农田信息无线采集与传输、基于位置的图像获取、GPS虚拟差分数据获取和无线数据传输等技术，开发了农业移动管理系统原型。移动终端具有GPS定位与导航、GPS照相、照片编辑与查看、专题图制作、属性信息查询、农田网格划分等功能。初步应用试验表明，该原型系统可应用于农田移动管理。

为了使科学原理知识更好地启迪设计人员进行创新设计，通过分析科学原理知识的分类及映射关系，提出并建立了科学原理知识在产品创新设计中的应用过程模型；在此基础上，根据领域本体构建原则，对功能和效应的领域本体词汇进行了扩展，建立了科学原理知识本体模型，并以OWL语言加以实现；开发了基于本体模式的科学原理知识管理原型系统，讨论了系统的构建机制及语义检索技术。最后，给出系统应用实例，说明了系统的有效性。
