以辽宁省3个主栽大豆品种为对象,研究了内部损伤特征对大豆发芽率的影响。结果表明,机械脱粒引起的大豆各种内部损伤,如子叶断裂、子叶破裂、胚根断裂和胚轴损伤等多种形式同时存在,内部机械损伤不易发现并影响发芽,具有严重的潜在危害性。
