在9R-40型揉碎机上设计安装径向强制喂入装置,通过改变揉碎机主轴转速、喂入辊转速和喂入口处锤片形状,进行揉碎机的性能试验。采用正交试验方法分析3个因素对揉碎机性能的影响,得出了生产率的最优组合参数为:揉碎机主轴转速为2980r/min、喂入辊转速为267 r/min、锤片形状是槽型锤片。带径向喂入装置的揉碎机与不带喂入装置、采用人工喂料的原机对比试验表明,生产率提高了30%左右。
