应用有限元法考察了修形斜齿轮的轮齿接触和载荷分布。根据变形协调条件和力平衡关系建立了轮齿面接触分析有限元模型。宽斜齿轮副由一个渐开线齿轮和一个双鼓形齿轮组成,建立了齿轮传动装置整体有限元模型,开发了有限元网格划分程序。应用ANSYS软件考察了修形参数对轮齿上载荷分布和接触应力的影响。
