中国科学院半导体研究所主持的国家重点研发计划“可见光通信关键技术及系统研发”项目综合绩效评价工作在今年9月完成。半导体所科研人员通过模拟均衡技术，在做第三方检验时，利用3dB带宽仅20-30MHz的室内照明最常用的荧光型LED做光源，把可见光通信系统的3dB带宽拓展到了约500MHz，利用简单的OOK调制就能实现距离3.4米、平均误码率1.61X10-5条件下1.2Gbps的实时通信。
