在BaF2中掺入1% mol的BaF3结晶出BaF2(La)晶体,经测试,此晶体闪烁发光快成份的强度比纯BaF2晶体不减弱,而发光慢成份被抑制约4倍,耐辐照能力可以达到106rad,表明新晶体有希望满足未来高能物理实验的要求.
