A new imaging technique opens a path toward long-term study of blood vessels in aging brains and could help predict neurodegenerative diseases decades before symptoms begin.
近十年来，荧光激活液滴分选技术（FADS）快速发展，已成为一种强大的超高通量筛选工具，广泛应用于酶、代谢产物和抗体筛选。高灵敏度荧光偶联策略（FCSs）是FADS应用拓展的关键技术，可将酶活性、代谢产物浓度、抗体亲和力等性质与荧光信号进行偶联，实现目标物质定量检测，是FADS应用发展关键环节之一。截止目前，一系列FCSs已经被开发，极大地扩展了FADS的应用（图1）。
