摘要 以亚铁氰化钾为原料合成了四种新型配合物，给出元素分析、IR、电子光谱、发射光谱和循环伏安的表征，它们都是氰桥配合物。氰桥的形成由氰基的伸缩振动频率和配合物的电子光谱最大吸收的变化确定。
本文提出的增广 NCⅡ 设计,是指在 NCⅡ 设计含 f×m 个杂交组合的基础上、再添加 f+m 个纯系亲本的遗传交配设计。这一设计可对被研究性状的合适遗传模型(即加性,加性-显性,或加性-显性-上位性)作出统计选择;同时,还能对雌、雄亲的有关基因频率的同质性进行统计测验。文中推导了上述统计处理的遗传学依据,并以陆地棉的一个籽指性状为例解释了相应的统计程序。
