特殊蛋白有助找到甲基化DNA

来自清华大学生科院与医学院，沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学，以及美国普渡大学的研究人员发表了题为“Recognition of methylated DNA by TAL effectors”的文章，指出利用一种特殊的效应蛋白，能找到甲基化的DNA，从而提供了一种分析基因编辑的强有力工具，相关成果公布在Cell Research杂志在线版上。
中山大学生命科学学院青年教授贺雄雷领导的课题组在研究染色质结构如何调节DNA突变工作中取得重要进展，研究成果发表在3月9日的Science杂志上。这是我校近十年来以第一单位在Science上首次发表论文，实现了历史性突破。我校2008级生物化学与分子生物学博士生陈小舒为论文的第一作者。
