来自清华大学生科院与医学院,沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学,以及美国普渡大学的研究人员发表了题为“Recognition of methylated DNA by TAL effectors”的文章,指出利用一种特殊的效应蛋白,能找到甲基化的DNA,从而提供了一种分析基因编辑的强有力工具,相关成果公布在Cell Research杂志在线版上。
