基于目标理论与资源基础观理论,对创业者成长期望与其网络行为之间的关系进行研究。利用全球创业观察2011年APS全球个体层次数据集中的中国大陆地区856个创业者的调查数据,通过层级回归分析方法检验了相关研究假设。结果表明,创业者成长期望对其正式网络行为水平及非正式网络行为水平均有显著的正向影响,企业年龄对此两种关系具有显著的正向调节效应。同时,基于新的研究发现及已有的理论模型,提出了新的拓展模型。
