对北京地区各大医院送检的血清标本进行了实验室检查并对结果做了初步分析。发现在送检的282份血清标本中，军团菌抗体阳性率为20%。军团菌感染率按年龄、性别组别和季节无显著的差别。在58例阳性病例中．嗜肺军团菌12型(Lp12)为36%，Lp6型为31%，Lp1型为20%。其余血清型合计为13%。
