砷是地球上广泛分布的一种有毒类金属元素，氧化胁迫是其主要毒性. 目前，砷也被证明具有内分泌干扰作用. 本文简要综述了环境砷的人群暴露和代谢情况，总结了砷影响男性精子质量和不育症的流行病学证据，结合动物模型的研究结论，探讨了砷通过氧化胁迫途径干扰激素合成和代谢，进一步引发雄（男）性生殖毒性的机制.
