利用线粒体基因COI和16S rRNA构建了中国特有腹足类——螺蛳属(Margarya)的系统发育关系. 系统发育结果揭示, 螺蛳属并非是一个单系, 其主要被分为3大支, 即阳宗海支、抚仙湖-星云湖-杞麓湖支、滇池-洱海支. 另外, 滇池-洱海支中螺蛳属种类与圆田螺属种类交错聚在一起. 这一结果暗示, 亚洲田螺科的种类需要进一步详细的整理, 螺蛳属现存种类的分类地位也需要重新确定.
