再过一个月,渤海海峡跨海通道(以下简称跨海通道)最终方案将定稿,形成一个总报告和12个分报告。接着,这些报告将以中国工程院的名义上报国务院。设计全长123公里的跨海通道两端,分别是辽宁大连和山东烟台。这一跨度也将使得渤海海峡跨海通道远超日本青函海底隧道(约54公里)、英吉利海峡海底隧道(约51公里),成为世界最长的海底隧道。
