英国剑桥大学与德国慕尼黑工业大学领导的研究人员发现,使用掺杂技术将电荷载流子卡在材料晶体结构的特定部分重新组合并发光,能够将卤化物钙钛矿材料的发光增加3倍,有潜力成为低成本可打印的柔性LED照明材料、智能手机显示屏、低价激光器等。
