针对利用色谱分析发现的广州站408329号换流变压器的重大缺陷,在检修时采用单一线规绕制两个网侧新线圈并进行整体替换。仿真计算表明,该方案实施后可消除环流损耗,但横向涡流损耗会稍为增加,总体负载损耗基本不变。出厂试验数据显示,各项关键性指标如局放量、温升后的色谱结果、总损耗等均接近甚至优于出厂值,表明修复工作取得了圆满成功。
S13型、S14型和非晶SBH15型变压器都是非晶合金变压器,是具有节能效果的变压器新产品。文章分析了这些变压器的损耗特性,并采用TOC法比较其技术经济性。从与S11型变压器比较的结果可知,非晶SBH15型的空载损耗最低,S13型变压器的负载损耗最低,因此,在使用这些变压器替换已有的变压器时,要根据变压器的用途和费用加以选型。
建立了斜轴式液压变压器的排量模型、流量模型、转矩模型和效率模型;在此基础上,绘制了液压变压器的等效率曲线图,揭示了斜轴式液压变压器的效率特性。理论分析与试验结果表明:斜轴式液压变压器在正常工作情况下理论总效率可达到70%左右,而且高效区的范围较宽;液压变压器的总效率随着负载口实际流量或缸体转速的增加有先增大后减小的变化趋势,随着负载口压力或配流盘转角的增加也呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。
