研究竹荚鱼热泵干燥特性,采用二次正交回归试验设计拟合干燥模型系数K、n与干燥温度和风速之间的关系,通过对试验数据进行统计分析,建立了竹荚鱼热泵干燥的数学模型。结果表明:适合竹荚鱼热泵干燥的数学模型为Page模型,预测值与实际值比较吻合,可以用来描述竹荚鱼的热泵干燥进程。
