作为山西心脏专科联盟吕梁分院，近日，吕梁市人民医院联合山西省心血管病医院成功开展一例ICE引导下无导线起搏器植入联合左心耳封堵“一站式”手术。经查阅相关文献资料，此种术式的开展为全省第二例，而通过ICE（腔内超声）指导下开展此手术在全国尚无报道。该技术的开展体现了吕梁市人民医院在复杂心律失常领域的诊治能力达到省内甚至国内领先水平，也彰显了吕梁市人民医院综合实力的显著提升。
“一次治疗完成两个手术，既恢复正常心律又预防再次栓塞”，中南大学湘雅三医院心血管内科张志辉教授这样介绍。
2021年1月6日，首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院心内科陈晖教授团队为一名年近九十的房颤患者，进行ICE(Intracardiac Echocardiography，三维诊断心腔内超声技术)指导下的左心耳封堵手术，术后患者恢复良好，已于1月8日出院。此次手术是ICE指导左心耳封堵技术在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院的首次应用。
