该课题为蚯蚓溶栓酶的系列研究。该研究从蚯蚓体内分离出了电泳纯的六种分子量不同的溶栓酶及一种纤溶酶原激活物。动物实验结果证实，双胸蚓溶栓酶对家兔实验性动脉栓塞有明显的溶栓作用，并有降低家兔血浆纤维蛋白原含量的作用。研究还发现该酶具有溶解纤维蛋白和降解纤维蛋白原的作用，可抑制凝血酶和纤维蛋白原的活性。该成果开发出的一系列产品必将为心脑血管病等疾病患者带来福音。
