在已知的压电材料中,AlN薄膜的声表面波传播速度是最快的。本设计采用硅基AlN薄膜作为压电材料,利用变迹加权的方法来优化设计IDT,改进型δ函数模型为椭圆形结构IDT的建模工具。通过建模仿真并根据仿真结果设计SAW带通滤波器版图,在实验室制作了中心频率为300MHz,带内插损11dB的SAW带通滤波器样品,测试结果表明其仿真结果与试验结果一致性较好,具有实际应用意义。

人呼吸中VOCs的种类及含量与人的身体状况有关,对其的检测可用于疾病的诊断。本研究利用谐振型声表面波传感器,开发出一套可用于对人呼吸中VOCs进行检测的系统。本文首先介绍了该系统的组成及原理,并对系统的关键环节进行了测试。在此基础上,系统对多组测试样本进行了实验,实验结果初步表明,本系统可对ppb级的VOCs测试样本进行直接检测,已经具备对人呼吸中VOCs的检测条件。

分析了SAW谐振器表面力负载对谐振器谐振频率和机械损耗产生的影响。进行了两种表面力加载方式的实验研究,对比实验结果表明:基片底面固定时,表面力负载对SAW谐振器谐振频率的影响主要与负载在基片表面产生的应力大小有关,而谐振器的机械损耗主要与力在基片表面的分布有关。实验结果为SAW力传感器的结构设计提供了参考。
