根据斜齿轮成形磨削过程中砂轮与齿轮之间的运动关系，建立了斜齿轮成形磨削的数学模型；通过推导成形砂轮与被加工齿面的接触条件方程，得出了成形砂轮的理论廓形，推导出砂轮廓型的等距曲线。设计了成形砂轮数控修形和数值模拟仿真软件，用于修整磨削任意参数斜齿轮的成形砂轮和检验砂轮的修形精度。斜齿轮磨削试验验证了修形理论的正确性和修形软件的有效性。
