2025年来，神经系统与骨骼系统相互调控的研究逐渐成为生物医学领域的热点。骨关节炎（Osteoarthritis,OA）作为全球范围内高发的退行性疾病，在中国的患病率逐年增高，为社会带来巨大的医疗和经济负担，严重影响人民健康和幸福生活。尽管OA的病因复杂且尚未完全阐明，但越来越多的研究揭示神经系统在骨关节炎发生与发展中发挥关键作用。
近日，华西基础医学与法医学院刘肖珩教授团队在Bone Research发表原创研究论文，证实了基质囊泡来源的AnxA5在骨重塑中的重要作用，阐明了AnxA5通过促进基质囊泡与I型胶原的黏附，诱导骨前体细胞发生自噬和加速矿化预防骨丢失的新机制，为骨质疏松症的防治提供新策略。
