摘要以PCR方法克隆了TrailcDNA全长，构建了其真核表达载体，通过脂质体转染HeLa细胞，48小时后利用流式细胞仪分析Trail诱导细胞凋亡的比率，发现发生凋亡的细胞为总细胞数的19%。证实Trail真核表达系统的产物的生物学活性高，为从真核表达的途径获得Trail基因工程产品奠定了基础。
